Update in Progress - Stay Tuned ------------ in the mean time consider this ------------ "Sales-Cycle is the time it takes to convert a lead into a sale."
E-Drip Marketing Can Enhance And Quite Possibly The premise behind our E-Drip Marketing system is simple: Once you get a prospect to contact you, you must do everything in your power to advance the relationship. You need to show them and remind them of the advantages of working with you. Of course the are several ways to do this (phone calls, letters, postcards, emails, etc.) and they all fall under the category called "Follow-up". As you already know persistent follow-up is the single most common ingredient in every success story. With that in mind we've developed a down-and-dirty, email-based, spaced-repetition-contact-management tool that we call E-drip Marketing. It's part of our SoftSellU series of tools we're introducing this year and it gives you the ability to stay in constant contact with new prospects to nurture and advance the your image and the relationship. The primary benefit to e-drip marketing is once it's setup, everything else is on auto-pilot. Your prospects will receive up to 13 timed relationship building messages automatically. You don't have to do anything except respond to any unique inquiries.
Once your messages are entered, our E-Drip Marketing system takes care of everything. Among other things our system: In a nutshell, here's another way of looking at it. When a prospect is entered into the system either by requesting information (CMA, Search, Reports, Checklists, etc.), or approving an offer to accept info (via telemarketing, direct-mail, referral, etc.), a clock starts. 1 to 13 messages will be sequentially sent out on scheduled days from the time your prospect signs-up or you enter them into the system. Message 1 goes out immediately. Messages 2 - 13 go out as scheduled from start date. Our system also includes a gracious Optout (Recipient Remove) process. It works something like this: At the bottom of every email a recipients receives, there is a short note and a link that when clicked, opens a Web page with a "removal confirmation" button and displays a last minute message (that you control)
In regard to the individual messages, you control: Update in Progress - Stay Tuned
